The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Decode Scripture. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, our shop, and any products, content, digital downloads, or services made available through Decode Scripture.

By visiting this website, using the shop, or purchasing from Decode Scripture, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or purchase our products.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or region of residence.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase or contacting us.

SECTION 2 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Decode Scripture currently sells digital PDF products, including Decoded Maps connected to public Decode Scripture episodes.

All products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped.

Digital products are for personal study and personal use only. Purchasing a digital product does not give you the right to resell, redistribute, upload, share, reproduce, modify, or commercially use the file or its contents.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital product.

Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and the digital product has been made available to you.

Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Because our products are digital downloads, cancellation may not be possible once the file has been delivered, accessed, opened, or downloaded.

SECTION 4 - PRICES

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at checkout when your order is placed. Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location, market settings, or payment provider.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges connected to your purchase.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY

After purchase, you will receive access to your digital file through the download link provided after checkout and/or by email.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.

If you have trouble accessing your digital file, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the correct working file.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information, email filtering, spam folders, third-party email providers, or issues outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - CARTOGRAPHER MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

Some Decoded Maps sold individually on this website may already be included for Cartographer members inside the Decode Scripture membership library.

If you are already a Cartographer member, please do not purchase those Decoded Maps separately.

Purchasing a Decoded Map as a standalone download does not create a membership, does not grant access to members-only videos, and does not grant access to the full membership library.

Membership access is handled separately through YouTube Memberships.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Decode Scripture content, including but not limited to PDFs, Decoded Maps, text, images, covers, graphics, product names, logos, branding, designs, video-related materials, and written study materials, is owned by Decode Scripture or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to download and use the product for personal study.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, sell, resell, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any Decode Scripture product or content without prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 8 - EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL STUDY PURPOSES

Decode Scripture products and content are provided for personal study, reflection, education, and spiritual exploration.

Nothing on this website or in our products should be understood as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use the material.
