Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Decode Scripture.

Digital Products

All products sold through this shop are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped.

Because Decoded Maps are delivered as instant digital PDF downloads, all sales are final once the digital file has been delivered, opened, accessed, or downloaded.

If you are already a Cartographer member, please do not purchase public episode Decoded Maps separately. These maps are already included in your membership library.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• You purchased the same digital product more than once by mistake.
• You purchased the wrong digital product and have not accessed or downloaded the file.
• The file is damaged, missing, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer law.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after the digital file has been delivered, accessed, opened, or downloaded.
• Forgetting that a Decoded Map is already included in your Cartographer membership.
• Purchasing a single Decoded Map instead of joining the membership.
• Not reading the product description before purchase.
• Downloading the file and later deciding you no longer want it.

EU/UK Consumer Notice

If you are located in the EU, UK, or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.

However, by purchasing an instant digital download and accessing or downloading the file, you agree that digital delivery begins immediately. Once the digital product has been delivered, opened, accessed, or downloaded, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost where permitted by applicable law.

If you have not accessed or downloaded the file, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a cancellation.

Technical Issues

If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will first try to fix the issue by providing access to the correct working file. If we are unable to provide a working file, a refund may be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of purchase and include:

• your order number
• the email address used at checkout
• the name of the Decoded Map purchased
• the reason for your request

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
